Rubber Magnets

Flexible Magnet (rubber magnet) is made by CPE rubber mixed with high quality ferrite powder, it is can attract to any metal surface, it is flexible, can be cut by scissors. By extruding, rolling or injecting, the combination can be made into soft, plastic and flexible magnets with different shapes which are depend on the request of clients.

Grade	Isotropic material: weak magnetism, used on iceboxes, presswork and marketing and promotion premiums. Anisotropic material: strong magnetism, used in such applications as micro-motors and magnet toys.
Surface	The surface of flexible magnet sheet and strip can stick with the following laminations to make various kinds of magnetic products which have wide usage. +UV glossy/matt, to keep the surface glossy and clean +PP film to protect the printing +STICKER with/without printing +DOUBLE ADHESIVE(PSA) acrylic/rubber glue; foam/PET/cotton paper based; indoor/outdoor used are all available +PVC(vinyl) glossy/matt; with/without printing +PRINTING silk screen printing or offset printing, spot color printing.
Size	Standard thickness: 0.4mm, 0.5mm, 0.6mm, 0.7mm, 0.8mm,1.0mm,1.5mm, thickness can be customized. Standard roll size: 30M x 620mm, 20M x 1200mm, length and width can be customized Sheet size is available within 1200mm wide and 1000mm meter long. Standard strip size: 12.7mm, 15mm, 20mm, 25.4mm
OEM/ODM	Size, shape and packaging can be customized according to customers' request.
Remark	The common packing for roll material is 30m/roll or 50m/roll; it also depends on the specific width and thickness of the product as well as the shipping terms.
